Shipping, Refunds and Licensing

Postage and Packaging in the UK is £2.95. For overseas rates and orders please call us.

We aim to ship all orders within 14 days of receipt. Should there be a delay we will contact you at the email address given when placing an order.

Please note we can only ship goods to the registered cardholder's address

Should your order arrive damaged please contact us within seven days and we will replace the damaged items.

We want you to be pleased with your Big Leap products. If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds after 30 days at the discretion of Big Leap.

These products are licensed on the basis of one person or single geographical site e.g. one therapist, clinic or school. Multi-site licenses are no longer available, however bulk discounts may be available for quantities of 5 or more of the same CD please call 0845 257 8197 to enquire.
